December finally one my own for Christmas 2023. the perfect time to spend time with loved ones is one of the positives of December 25th. my tradition on Christmas is the Grinch.

Now its January the first week of he knew year first time spending my first year on my own in Fort Worth Texas, we surely break some of my anxiety bubbles for sure this year. lots of trials and errors and experiments. especially experiment like recipes of my own to save an of course family recipes passed down.
Texas around this time start to get chilly mustering the cold should not be too hard of challenge. coffee and water very important for emergencies.
